History

Air0-Lux AG is a Resilux NV and I.P.S. Innovative Packaging Solutions AG company. Air0-Lux AG is a developer, producer and marketer of a range of highly innovative and highly sustainable dispensing solutions for consumer applications, such as shaving products, toothpaste, hair care, skin care, OTC and many others. All our dispenser systems are based on the globally patented PCD technology.

Air0-Lux is the best of both worlds, revolutionary innovation combined with excellent global operational footprint. Both Resilux NV and IPS Innovative Packaging Solutions AG have a 20 year plus strong market position in product innovation, large scale PET/Plastic manufacturing, large scale manufacturing of mechanical delivery systems, this all for consumer markets. A state of the art and fully automated manufacturing plant is up and running in Bilten, Switzerland. A further operational roll out in North America and Asia is foreseen for the next 24 months.

Innovative Packaging Solutions AG will become a mid-size Primary Packaging Company in the next 7-8 years with innovation, IP, flexibility and global operational footprint as key pillars for success.

There is an urgent need for an innovative, flexible, global footprint company! This will be achieved by new innovation, like Air0Pack® and potential acquisitions in the future. New innovations are in the pipeline of Innovative Packaging Solutions, strategic acquisitions are in exploration.
